CTO Challenge # 31



Hello Everyone,

 Today I have you a card I made for CTO Challenge #31. This challenge was to make something  with balloons.  I did for a friend for her birthday.   I really had  a lot of fun making this card. I haven't had anytime to get into my craft room lately and I really miss it.  So I hope that I will be able to get in their real soon. So enough about that. Please join me and the CTO Design Team on this week challenge and let us see what you can do. Remember that this week's theme is "balloons".  So until next time....

    LaKesha this is a wonderful card. I'm a ribbon-aholic (there isn't a 10 step program that I've found LOL) and that red gingham is calling out to me!! Pretty, pretty and such a versatile card to have in your stash of creations. Your recipient will be so happy to get this! TFS
