Welcome to the CTO Challenge #23. My project for this week is a napkin fold card. The requirements for this week challenge is something blue and white. This is my first time making this type of card and since we are celebrating Christmas in July, I felt this card would be great for this week's challenge. I have to admit that I struggled a bit with the color scheme. But I feel like it eventually came together....well enough about that. Please join me and the CTO Design Team on this week challenge and let us see what you can do. Remember to use only blue and white. But you can make what ever you like. So until next time....
Have a Scrappy Day
